Agreement

By using PlateSync ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided by High Country Digital (ABN 90 684 626 237).

The service

PlateSync is a meal planning tool that calculates per-person portions, generates shopping lists, and provides cooking guides. Nutrition calculations are estimates based on the data you provide — they are not medical or dietary advice. Consult a healthcare professional for specific dietary needs.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into PlateSync. We do not claim any rights to your recipes, family profiles, or other content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to store or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Availability

We aim to keep PlateSync available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
